Many a times when you copy your username or password, it may have picked up certain junk characters that are not visible to you. In such a scenario, please type in your user name password. User name – your email id that was provided to us by your company is your username.
Your password is a combination of alphabets and numeric. While inputting your password be very careful in distinguishing between 0 and o.Once the credential are correct you will be logged in and the dashboard is your landing page.In case you still face an issue, please write us at support@dott360.com
In order to answer qualitative (OCQ) questions, you will need to click on small icon next to the question no. An input box will open. Input your feedback and then click on “save” button on bottom right of the input box.
The moment save button is clicked, you will see the font of the question turn “bold and blue”. This means your response has been saved. You can move on to answer next question.
If you want to change your feedback for a particular qualitative question, simply type in your feedback and click on save button again. Your new feedback will get recorded and saved.
You can see the new time stamp of the saved feedback below the text box.
Many a times while submitting feedback, it may so happen that one or some of your responses may not get submitted. This is because of poor Internet connection, or packets lost in transmission from your computer to our secured servers or identity verification check by our secured servers for any bots submission.
In such cases, you will need to re login and you can see that the feedback that you had submitted shows as “In Progress”
Click on “In Progress” and complete your response to the statements that hasn’t been submitted. The best way to identify them is to look for statements that appear in black font. Once you are done, go ahead and submit your feedback. After your feedback is successfully submitted – feedback request will show under the “Completed” tab and will no longer be seen under “active” tab.
First check if all the statements are in bold and blue, if not answer the statements that appear in plain black font. Submit tab will appear after you have answered all MCQ’s and qualitative questions.
Be mindful of the fact that unlike MCQ’s your feedback to the qualitative question is not saved automatically. In order to answer qualitative (OCQ) questions, you will need to click on small icon next to the question no. An input box will open. Some times even after having answered all the questions (check if all questions are in bold blue font), the submit tab doesn’t show up or gets activated.
Generally, such scenario occurs when you provide your feedback in more than one attempt. There is a conflict between browser’s previous session and the present session. This conflict is because of auto save feature for multiple-choice questions.
To correct this, simply refresh your page or click on the URL and hit enter – it will refresh the page and enable the submit tab. You can now submit your feedback.
It is very rare that question count shows incorrect or double question count in completion bar – To correct this anomaly, simply refresh your page or click on the URL and hit enter – it will correct the question count in completion bar and enable the submit tab if you have answered all the statements/ questions. You can now submit your feedback.
In case your submit tab is still not enabled, check if all the statements are in bold and blue. If not then answer the statements that appear in plain black font. Submit tab will get enabled after you have answered all MCQ’s and qualitative questions. You can now submit your feedback.
