Do you provide group session for debrief and feedback facilitation?
Yes, we do. You can opt for either one-to-one session or opt for a group session for participants’ debriefing.
Is it compulsory to get debrief done from Dott 360 facilitator?
No, it is not. But we encourage you to get it delivered through a certified Dott 360 debrief professional. In case you want to get the debrief conducted by an in-house or any other external partner of your choice, we would be happy to assist you to train and certify them to effectively interpret our reports.
Is there any other option you offer for drafting action oriented IDP’s?
Yes, we do. We can also prepare a customised step-by-step guide along with developmental recommendations for the behaviours and competencies used in the feedback survey.
Is it compulsory to opt for these listed add-on services?
Not at all. You can just purchase our reports and not opt for any of the add-on services. There is no compulsion. In case you do, you have a choice to either opt for any one or all services. It really depends upon your time, budget and comfort level. We follow a flexible and modular solution approach.
If I choose to avail your coaching services, how does this process work?
To start with, we will first understand your exact needs in terms of seniority level of the participants, mode of service delivery (in person or via video call), industry, location preferences, certification level and your budget. Post this activity, we will send you a list of verified coaches to take a final decision. At this stage you can choose to decline all services on the list or chose to work with any one or few on the list.
Is there any charge that I have to pay in case I decline to work with none on the list provided with you?
No, there are no fees that you have to pay to get the list of coaches. Its completely free.
What if I decide to contact and work directly the coaches from the list provided by you?
We have no problem if you contact and work directly with the coaches provided by us. In this case, we do not stand guarantee for any service delivery hiccups. As the service of providing the list of coaches is free, we encourage you to ask for the list so that you have a wide choice to make before taking the final decision.
